I will be in Taiwan again from Oct. 17 – Nov. 8, 2026!  Below is a poster and an invitation to my exhibition and a special reception on Nov. 3, 2026. It has Chinese and English!

I am participating in the 2026 Tainan Art Biennial with the Tainan Art Museum, and my exhibition “Re:Cycle” runs from Nov. 3, 2026 – March 1, 2027.  During my time in Tainan, I will also teach a co-creation workshop in hand papermaking using local plant materials on Oct. 24 and 25, working with 12-15 local participants.  

You are invited to a special opening ceremony and reception on Nov. 3 at 6 PM for my exhibition “Re:Cycle” and this art project in Tainan. The invitation shown below has all the details.

 It will be so nice to see many Taiwanese friends and other artists at this special reception for my exhibition titled “Re: Cycle” and to celebrate the donation of many of my “MADE IN TAIWAN” Fulbright project artworks for the collection of the Tainan Art Museum.  For this project I am again working with Chao Mei Wang as my assistant, and you will remember she is the one who did the Cheng Long Wetlands International Environmental Art Project with me from 2009 to 2019 and is still doing educational projects in Taiwan.
